To become a member of DSAQ simply download the Membership Application and email to dsaq.office@uqconnect.net or post it to:

Membership fees are as follows:

Ordinary: Parent/Carer/Person with Down syndrome

$35.00
Single Affiliate: Person interested in Down syndrome

$35.00

Group Affiliate: Where more than one person makes use of information/services. Eg: Schools, childcare centres, etc.

$45.00    


NOTE: Membership fees are due on January 1st of each year. New members who join on or after September 30th remain financial until the end of the following financial year.
